Pre-NurseryPre-nursery: is a very sensitive age with milestones being covered rapidly by children every few months. Keeping this in mind our P-Nur curriculum is splashed with free-play and games like jumping through hoops, over blocks, walking over lines and curves to cover large motor skills, finger, and hand painting, tearing, crumbling, scrunching for their fine motor skills and specially to develop their pincer grips. Story time, puppet shows, audio-visuals, art, and music appreciation, etc. to enhance their social, inter-personal and intrapersonal skills and more.
Our Nursery curriculum keeps the essence of the Pre-nursery curriculum whilst enhancing it with the addition of Concepts pertaining to the environment around children in terms of science and social science, letter recognition, letter-sound recognition (Phonetics), number recognition and conceptual understanding of the same. We also further build on social skills of responsibility, ownership, discipline, etc.
LKG children are now very much school ready and equipped with better writing and abilities and pre-reading skills. Development of their fine and gross motor skills also are amplified in this stage so that they are able to master all aspects of schooling at these early years.
